Salon Policy Terms and Conditions
Kindly review my Salon Policy below. Please note that by booking an appointment with me you are accepting the terms and conditions of my salon policy.
Please arrive to your appointment on time, ensuring all consultation forms i have emailed to you have been completed and emailed back to me. As arriving late or with incomplete consultation forms will shorten the time i am able to carry out your service, as each session will finish exactly on time as courtesy to the next client. I fully understand being late is sometimes unavoidable and out of our control, but if you are running late please contact the salon by phone as soon as possible to let me know.
Unfortunately arriving 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment will result in the cancelation of your appointment and my cancelation policy will apply.
If you have a Gift Voucher and do not show up for your appointment or cancel less than 24 hours before your treatment time you will forfeit your voucher.
Bookings
All bookings are to be made online via my website or my booking app. A 50% non refundable booking fee is required to secure your booking. This will be deducted from your service cost. If you cancel your booking less than 48 hours before your appointment time you will forfeit your booking fee. If you have paid for your service in full you will be refunded minus the 50% non refundable booking fee.
Cancelation Policy
If you need to cancel your appointment please call the salon at least 48 hours in advance, as i turn away other clients to hold your reservation, failure to do so means you will forfeit your booking fee. If 48 hours notice is given i can reschedule your appointment to a time convenient to us both and your non refundable booking fee will be transferred to your rescheduled appointment.
Refund Policy
I am fully qualified and insured in all the treatments i offer. If you have had a service that you are unsatisfied with please contact the salon immediately. I can not give refunds on any services or treatments, but i will look into your concerns immediately. Please raise any concerns you may have during your treatment, and i will do everything i can to correct any problems. All concerns must be raised either immediately at the treatment time or within 24 hours after the treatment.
Website information and Prices
Whilst i endeavour to ensure that the information on my website is correct, as a "one man band" i cant always commit to ensuring my website remains constantly up to date. Although i do try my best to keep it accurate. I may add/ remove services from my menu, please check with me direct for treatment updates and prices. Service times may vary to booking times. Prices and services may change.
Consultation Forms
All consultation forms will be sent out via my online booking system on confirmation of your online booking. Please ensure these are completed in full and emailed back to me prior to your appointment. If you have any concerns please phone the salon and i can talk you through it.
It is your responsibility to ensure you notify me of all health conditions/ allergies/ injuries so i am able to offer you the best treatment possible and to ensure your health and safety. You must notify me of any changes in your circumstances. Personal details taken from clients during consultation procedures are protected under the Data Protection Act.
Patch Testing
Patch testing is required for certain treatments and must be done before your appointment. I reserve the right to refuse any treatment that requires a patch test if it has not been completed 24 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to complete a patch test before your appointment will result in cancelation and my cancelation policy will apply.
